High Angle

Looking down on you.
Small.
Insignificant.
Unimportant as you are sucked in the wormhole.

Looking down on you.
Weak.
Powerless.
Vulnerable as the shot swallows up your physique.

Like one of the gods, looking down on you.
I have you in my iron grip.
You are puny looking upwards.
I can zap you with a fingertip.

The view from my bedroom – Judith Jakes
