It’s exactly what I have been doing over the last few weeks.  It interrupts my exercise routine but sometimes it’s obtaining the balance between physical and mental health.

Thinking about taking photos means that we start to look closely at where we are walking and how the countryside that we take for granted changes almost on a daily basis.  The colours, the seasons, the weather, the people you meet along the way and your mood all affect the way that we view the world.

Why not use you phone to record elements of your walks over this weekend and then when you review the photos see whether there are new things in the photos that you have never spotted before.
